It is stressful planning an event - creating mood boards,
bringing a vision together, coordinating with multiple suppliers, managing everything on the day whilst trying to enjoy your event too. That is where we come in, The Event Collective can be there from the start of the process, for the whole duration or just on the day - the choice is yours! You might have the date organised but are struggling to put a vision together, or you might have been planning for months and need that last bit of support on the day. Our pallet bars are perfect for a pop up event, whether that is indoors or outdoors. Created using reclaimed pallet wood, she can designed as one, two or in an L shape - being able to fit in pretty much any space!
Ebby
Our cream Ifor Williams Horsebox is our OG, with two serving hatches and wooden materials she brings a rustic, vintage charm to any event!
Hettie
Our black Sinclair Horsebox is our latest addition, with three serving areas and a sleek interior and black finish she creates the wow factor!

With over 15+ years experience managing and owning a bar in central Guildford, Matt has a wealth of knowledge in the bar and hospitality industry. For the past 8 years, Emily has not only planned and co-ordinated private events she has also provided catering for retreats, baby showers, dinner parties and gatherings. In 2020, Emily & Matt (husband and wife) launched their mobile bar company, Botanical Bubbles, providing bespoke bar services through their Horsebox bar and pallet bars across Surrey, Sussex, London, Hampshire and Kent.
We pay attention to the little details and most importantly provide a personable service to each and everyone of our clients. Within our team, we have experienced event managers, chefs and designers - we are a truly special team! Blending all experiences and skills together, The Events Collective is ultimately a one stop shop - the only place you need to be.
